Tropical BEACH Modern Baby or Adult Lap Quilt~ Hawaiian Hula Dancer Surfer Mermaid Sea Turtle Seahorse Ocean Waves

This listing includes a gorgeous Tropical Beach quilt. The finished quilt measures 41.5" x 54.5", which is a perfect baby quilt or adult lap quilt! It's a lovely Baby shower gift.

Please make sure to see all the picture details close up. There are 25 different tropical & Hawaiian designs by Ann Jensen included in this quilt. A white sashing around each block makes them really pop. Colorful batik fabric strips were then pieced to give this a one-of-a-kind look. A special pattern called "Waterworld" was used to quilt waves all over. I chose Dream Angel Select quilt batting, which makes for a lovely quilt loft not too heavy or light. I used a beautiful green floral Island Batik fabric for the backing and for the quilt binding.

Living in Kauai, Ann is able to combine her love of design, batik fabrics, and the sight of the beautiful beaches and marine life around her into very unique designs.
