Surfer Girl Rip Curl Ocean Wave Luxe Minky Baby Quilt Girls Throw Teen Lap Blanket~ Seafoam Teal Green~ 36" x 35"

This is a luxe Minky quilt that features a Surfer Girl surfing a large ocean wave. The original "Rip Curl" painting is by Kristen Jasper Fine Art and I printed it onto a large 18" velvet panel as the centerpiece of the quilt. The brush strokes and colors really stand out on this piece. I added Shannon Fabrics Luxe Minky Hide in a beautiful Seafoam green color for the borders. For the back and binding, I used Shannon Fabrics plush Teal Chincilla Minky. I added a white chevron trim at the quilt edges for special interest. A wave pattern was quilted over the entire design to give a beautiful finish!

The quilt measures 36" x 35". This is a precious addition to a girls baby nursery decorated with a Surfing, Beach or Tropical, Hawaiian theme! It would be a very fun baby shower gift. It could also be a favorite blanket for a toddler to snuggle with. This size also works as a teen or small adult lap quilt. It's very versatile & you are sure to love it. There aren't many quilts that will work for her from birth to college or longer!
