This quilt pattern by Diane McGregor of Castilleja Cotton is called "Bargello Ripple 2 Teal". The finished quilt measures 68" x 90", which is perfect for a Twin size quilt. It has a stunning Bargello pattern and mix of gorgeous colors. It gives a look of water ripples in the ocean, lake, river, stream or pool. The pattern technique calls for strip piecing using 10 different fabrics that are 5/8 of a yard (five shades of blue and five green), and then adding borders. Detailed directions are included, and it is recommened that you are familiar with intermediate quilting techniques. The fabric used on the cover is from the Northcott Fabrics Stonehenge Gradations Indigo and Lagoon strip packs. You can use any favorite coordinating strip packs or fabric to make this design.
