This quilt pattern by Diane McGregor of Castilleja Cotton is called "Bargello Peaks Utopia". The finished quilt measures 50" x 68", which is perfect for a lap size quilt. It has a stunning Bargello pattern and mix of gorgeous colors. It reminds me of waves coming into the beach. The pattern technique calls for strip piecing using (40) 2.5" strips and then adding borders. There are 3 strips for 10 of the fabrics and 2 strips for 5 of the fabrics. Detailed directions are included, and it is recommened that you are familiar with intermediate quilting techniques. This is a digital .pdf quilt pattern and instructions, and you will be able to download and print the cover with pattern file as soon as your purchase is complete.
