Be Strong and COURAGEOUS Minky Quilt Encourage Child Cancer Hospital Wheelchair Lap Blanket, Girls Christian Encouragement Quilt

This is a gorgeous Minky quilt I made that is my own design. I imprinted the Joshua Scripture "Be Strong & Courageous" onto purple cotton fabric that is filled with small white stars. It reminds me of the Cosmos and the encouragement/promise that God is there and will be our Helper. Then I added Shannon Fabrics Iris purple smooth cuddle Minky. For the border and backing, I used Shannon Fabrics white Minky fabric with embossed Stars. It was then quilted with the "Twinkling Stars" pattern. It's very soft and perfect for snuggles and encouragement of a loved one!

The final measurement is 37" x 38". This is a nice size quilt for a toddler or young child to use as a snuggle blanket for many years, teens while watching tv, or perfect for a loved one's wheelchair lap quilt. It goes along with the popular "Be Brave" children's nursery and toddler themes, and it's a wonderful baby shower gift. I made a similar one for a young girl who had to visit the hospital often and I wanted her to have some comfort, love, and the softness of the Minky.
